A Lesson from Drops of Water

There was once a bottle of water. Every drop of water in the bottle felt happy, because they were so clear and pure. Day after day they told each other how clean and beautiful they were!

One day, one of the drops got bored. He wanted to know how it felt to be dirty. The other drops tried to tell him not to do that, but he wouldn't listen.

Things became very bad when the drop got dirty. He made all the other drops in the bottle dirty too.

They tried to get clean, but they couldn't. They tried their best to shake off the dirt. Finally, someone put the bottle in a fountain. When a lot of clean water entered the bottle, they all became clean again.

Finally they all knew that if they wanted to be nice and clean drops of water, each one of them had to stay clean, even if they found it difficult.

The same thing happens to our friends and us. If we want to be a bottle of clean water, each one of us will have to be a clean drop. We should all stop ourselves from being the dirty drop of water. It spoils everything!
